As I said a few episodes back, Eishirou the man, he is the strategist, the tactician, the in game leader we all need but don't deserve in CSGO. :( (Gunner Points for getting that reference to a certain caped crusader)

Moral: United we stand, divided we fall, we still haven't learnt this as a human race. This is why we have hikikomoris in the world, because of the ruthless/bad minority around 25%, and the silent majority who are afraid of openly speaking against them, making the 10% weak suffer.
As a Chinese phrase goes, "三个臭皮匠，胜过一个诸葛亮。" (literally) three smelly (guys) wins over a Zhu Ge Liang ( a well known tactician during the 3 Warring States)
